By decoding your stress, you’ll begin to see how you can respond with more choice — and start shifting toward calm.

You’ve unpacked the science of stress — from the HPA axis to survival responses. With this foundation, you’ll be better able to notice what’s happening in real time, rather than being swept along by it.
LESSON 2 - Wired & worn out
You’ve explored how stress shows up in your body, energy, and behaviour. By recognising these signs, you can catch stress earlier and choose responses that support you, instead of depleting you.
LESSON 3 - Your mind's mirror
You’ve seen how filters and thinking traps shape your experience of stress. Building self-awareness here is a powerful strategy — it helps you step back, notice your patterns, and open space for new ways of responding and new ways of inviting calm into your life.
