My work draws on evidence from clinical medicine, lifestyle and nutritional strategies, and preventive health, and applying it in ways that fit real lives and real constraints.

Women’s health is shaped over time – by reproductive and hormonal health, stress, care roles, and the systems we live within – and there’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

My role is to help you understand what’s happening and what actually needs your attention now and support you with clear, evidence-based care so you can feel confident managing your health long-term.

I feel much more like myself.

I absolutely have less brain fog and more focus. My sleep has improved, and my rest has increased (it's a work in progress). I've actually also got family members doing more of what I used to do, I've got better at asking for help. I would encourage any woman to do this course, at any age but particularly from 30s up and it should be mandatory for 40s up!!!
